convenient location public transportation faulty heating system strange buzzing
the location was acceptable, especially since it was close to public transportation.
I was annoyed to find the room was quite cold. The heating system seemed faulty. despite setting the thermostat to a high temperature, the room remained uncomfortably chilly. i also noticed a strange buzzing sound coming from the unit, disrupting sleep.

Really good service and prime location
friendly staff prime location
The staff are very friendly. Frank, the concierge, helped us find a pub that showed the football game I wanted to see. The bartenders at the hotel bar are excellent mixologists and nice to have conversations with. The location is in Westminster, so it is right in the middle of all the attractions.

excellent stay
cute staff ideal location complimentary wine ample space
i found the staff to be cute. they were always ready to assist with any requests. the location proved ideal with easy access to major attractions and public transport. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary wine hour in the lobby each evening. the family room offered ample space and the two bathrooms were a definite plus.
The hairdryer was not compatible with the bathroom outlet. I had to use the stripped outlet in the bedroom.

the breakfast offered a thorough menu, including good gluten free options. i was kinda surprised by the quality of the food and service at the hotel restaurant. water bottle refill stations are available on most floors.

My family room included two queen beds and a trundle bed, offering plenty of sleeping space. the room had two separate bathrooms, a great convenience for families. the housekeeping was excellent. My room remained clean. the beds were also comfortable.

fantastic Stay near top Attractions
convenient location tube stop
i found the location convenient near top attractions. the tube stop access proved very useful for daily travel. i also found the breakfast team to be very friendly and accommodating. waseem, the f&b head, made a point of personally walking us through the breakfast spread.
i asked the front desk for water similar to that provided in the rooms. i was directed to the bar then back to the front desk. ultimately i purchased water elsewhere.

the hotel features a bee terrace and honey production on site, offering a unique and charming experience. there are multiple restaurants and bars providing diverse dining options within the premises. the hotel's drive creates a nice photo opportunity.

rooms have soundproofing to provide quiet and peaceful rest. the bathroom was bigger than expected, helpful. it was cleaned to perfection daily, a welcome relief after a long day of sight-seeing.

balanced experience
convenient location concierge service attentive staff empty minibar uncomfortable sofa bed malfunctioning fan
the location was quite convenient. it was near many attractions. the concierge service was also attentive. they were friendly when assisting with directions.
the minibar was empty upon arrival. it contained only two small chocolates. the sofa bed was not very comfortable and i woke up with some back pain (it was quite disappointing). the bathroom fan did not work .
